God sent his angels to take you home on September 29, 2025. I'm sure that by now He has your soul. My mom, Aunt Ellen, and our son, John, awaited you with open arms. For 62 years, you stood by my side with love and care without compare. Born in Maryland, November 22, 1942, you graduated from Suitland high in 1960, then came down south to start anew. A mother, grandmother, great grandmother, you did it all. Your children could not have had a better mother. John (deceased), Mary, Patrick, and Kellie, along with your grandchildren, Ellen, Tyler, Blair, Beau, Benjamin, Chandler, Caroline, Baylor, Payton, and Preston (deceased) are all good examples of what a wonderful mother and grandmother you were. Your great grandchildren, unfortunately, because of your illness, never had an opportunity to enjoy your motherly instincts. However, Amelia, Ezra, Eloise, Oliver, Jonathan, and Ryatt will be shown pictures and told of all our great memories. You were such a good, caring, mother, grandmother, and wife; it would be impossible to share all the wonderful things you did for me, our family, and friends. However, above all the great things you did for me and the family, your relationship with my mother will always be cherished. You became the daughter she never had, and she became the mother that you so dearly wanted. If I have one regret, it's the fact that I couldn't be as good a husband as you were a wife and mother. We will celebrate your life with a Memorial Service at St. Benilde Catholic Church, 1901 Division St., Metairie, on Friday, October 3, 2025, with visitation from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., followed by a Memorial Service at noon. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude’s or Salvation Army in Judy's memory. To share memories or condolences, please visit www.muhleisen.com
