Irrera, Judith (nee Owen), - 80, of Mays Landing, passed away of a broken heart on July 23rd 2022, twenty days after her beloved husband and life partner Joe passed away. Judy was born on December 20th, 1941 to Harry R. Owen and Anna L. Owen. Judy will be sadly missed by her loving brother Jim Owen (Terry), sister, Susan (Owen) Mangano. Judy grew up in downtown Mays Landing and graduated Mays Landing School, then attended Vineland High School for 3 years and married Joe at age 17, raised her two children, then attended Oakcrest High School in 1970 and earned her high School diploma. I went to kindergarten with Judy and first grade. I lived with my grandparents, The Hoaglands. I spent a lot of time, after I moved to Plesantville, at the lake on Lenape Ave. Judy an d I would sometimes get together. We have been in touch on facebook but we were hoping to get together at some point. My condolences to her family..she was a sweet and loving person
