Judith A. Koehler (Flanagan), born on January 19 1944, in Erie, PA was sent to her eternal home on September 29th, 2025 in Greenville, PA. She was the beloved daughter of John and Marion Flanagan. She was the sister to Patricia Palo and Jack & Janet Flanagan
Judy was a registered nurse and later an administrator for the Highmark Blue Cross company. She had a profound impact on the patients and families she served.
Judy is survived by her sons, Bruce and Bryan Koehler, daughter-in-law Maria, and her grandchildren Gavin, Gunnar and Xandar.
Those who knew Judy will remember her for her ability to make people laugh. She was especially close to her co-workers and neighbors. She would split her retirement years between Erie, PA and Florida where she enjoyed fishing and pool time. She will be missed.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Stoneboro. Her wish was for cremation and arrangements for a life celebration will be announced at a later date.
