Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Wayne Parker; son, James Woodly Hebert of Camden, New York; granddaughter, Brittni Hebert of Camden, New York; great granddaughter, Skylynn Tutuska of Camden, New York; sister, Berta Cowart of Beaumont; and brother, Wayne Earl Hebert of Bridge City.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Beatrice Marie Permenter; and brother, Freddy Hebert.
Mrs. Parker's cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard's, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
