Judith Rice

JUDITH ANN RICE (nee Jonke), age 77, of Rocky River, Ohio arrived into heaven on September 23, 2025. Beloved wife of 56 years to Lawrence A. Rice: dearest mother and grandmother to Matthew L. Rice Father of (Corinna), Sarah J. Rice Mother of (Bryce and Collette Claire), Cathryn L. Griffin and husband Daniel- parents of (William and Colman), and Allyson K. Rice; dear sister of Dr. David T. Jonke, Carl J. Jonke, and the late Kenneth and Donald Jonke: aunt to many. Judith was a devoted wife, mother, sister and friend to all. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, October 10, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Christopher Church, 20141 Detroit Road, Rocky River. The family will receive friends prior to the services at the Gathering Area of the Church from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass. The family would appreciate memorials in Judith's name to the Poor Clare Nuns 3501 Rocky River Dr. Cleveland, OH 44111 or St. Christopher Church respectfully.
