Judith Ann Rollmann "Grandma Judy" gained her angel wings on January 30th, 2025 at Prairie Sunset Homes in Pretty Prairie, KS at the age of 82, surrounded by her family. Judy was born in Osawatomie, KS on November 13, 1942, to Clarence and Anna Hayes. She was the youngest of two girls.
Judy graduated from Osawatomie High School in 1960. She went on to devote her life to taking care of others. Judy spent 20+ years within Wheatlands Health Care as a CMA where she dedicated her life caring for others, but she also served as a mentor to many future CNAs and CMAs.
She married Gale Rollmann on May 10, 1980. They spent most of their time on the farm, raising many animals and riding horses.
She was well-known and loved around the Kingman community for her selfless acts and saucy personality. She always had witty and sarcastic comments that could have been directed at anyone. Judy adored her dogs and treated them like her children. Judy loved spending time with her family and taking her grandchildren on joy rides down the dirt roads. She always ensured her home was full of snacks and laughter. Her home was a safe space for many people. She loved to also hang out at home and watch Days of Our Lives with her beloved dogs in her free time without interruptions.
She was preceded in death by Gale Rollmann. She is survived by her children, Torry Rollmann, Kristin Rollmann of Kansas City, MO, and Tonya Miller (Steven Johnson) of Kingman, KS. She also leaves six grandchildren: Baili (Conner) Case, Skyler Miller, Madison Miller, Malia Rollmann, Ian Rollmann, Cody Rollmann, and Ashley Miller. She also leaves five great-grandchildren, her sister, Dona McCutcheon, and her fur-baby, Pansy.
The Celebration of Life will be held at Kingman Activity Center (North Room) on February 8th, 2025 from 10:30AM to 2:00PM. Address: 121 S Main St, Kingman, KS 67068
