Judith Ann Sipes

Judith Ann Sipes, 65, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Monday, September 8, 2025. She was born on January 31, 1960 in Lepanto, Arkansas to Billy Harold Rogers and Shirley Jean Pilgrim Rogers.

She was a member of Black Oak Baptist Church and loved her church family. She enjoyed making memories by going on vacations with her sisters.

Though blessed with only one son, she carried the heart of a mother for many. Her kindness, and nurturing spirit left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister-in-law: Patricia Rogers, nephew: Andrew Rogers.

Judith is survived by her husband of thirty-four years: Jimmy Douglas Sipes, II of the home, one son: Shawn Rogers (Jessica) of Etowah, Arkansas, one brother: Billy Rogers, Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas, two sisters: Lorie Sharp (Jack) of Etowah, Arkansas and Diana Rogers of Lepanto, Arkansas, nieces and nephews: Kayla, Kenny (Lee-Anna), Carly, Tiffany (Dewayne), and Trevor.

A funeral service will be held Friday, September 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. and visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Interment will follow at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto, Arkansas.

Brother Mark Constant will officiate the service.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home, Lepanto.
