Judith Ann Sisk, 82, passed peacefully on 2/17/2026, leaving behind a legacy of grace, generosity, and quiet strength that touched everyone who knew her.
To many she was an aunt, but to Elen she was a second mother, a guiding presence, and a steady, loving heart. She carried herself with grace and beauty, always impeccably dressed, always radiating kindness and quiet dignity.
Her faith was the center of her life. She loved Jesus deeply and lived that love in action, offering compassion, generosity, and gentle wisdom to everyone around her. She believed in showing up, in serving, and in loving people where they were.
This past year brought her one of her greatest joys: the announcement and birth of her great grandson, Silas. She delighted in him, speaking of him with pride and wonder, her joy as fresh as spring.
She found peace and happiness in her garden, tending flowers and plants with the same care she gave to people. Watching things grow, bloom, and flourish felt natural to her, because nurturing was her gift.
She is survived by Elen Carpenter, Christina Carpenter, and Silas Carpenter. She was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Walter Johnson, her sister Julia Christine Taber, her husband Jerry Sisk, and her son John Micheal Davis.
A celebration of her life will be held on 3/5/2026 11:00am at Williamsburg Senior Living Facility. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor her by extending kindness to someone who needs it, just as she always did.
Her legacy is love, rooted in faith, grown through service, and blooming in the hearts of all who knew her.
