She was a true entrepreneur, always creating value with the dedication and passion to creatively develop ideas. She enjoyed baking, cake decorating and home cooking and was known for her famous chocolate chip oatmeal cookies.
She enjoyed time spent entertaining family and friends and always created a memorable holiday with her family. She loved her church, New York cheesecake, and a fresh pot of coffee.

Judy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard 'Richie' Staubitz; a son, Richard Jr. "Bam"; her parents, John and Mae Hughes; her biological father, Edward Beaton; a brother, John Hughes Jr.; and sisters, Judy Fay Armstrong and Margaret Hurd.
A Graveside Service will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at Village Cemetery, Route 3, Meredith, NH 03253.
