Judith Lynn Struk, born on May 5, 1952, in Center Line, Michigan, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025, in New Port Richey, Florida, at the age of 73. Until 1985, Judy lived in Parma, Ohio before moving to the Tampa, Florida area.
Judy dedicated her professional life to serving others, most recently as a Medical Receptionist at Pediatrics and Internal Medicine in Tampa, Florida. Her warm demeanor and compassionate nature made her a beloved colleague and friend to many in her workplace.
Judy was also a member of the American Businesswomen's Association, where she connected with other professionals and supported the advancement of women in business.
Beyond her career, Judy was a woman of many passions and interests. She had a deep affection for cats and was known for her collection of Lucy Bears, reflecting her appreciation for cherished keepsakes. She was an excellent cook, delighting family and friends with her culinary creations, and an avid collector of recipes, always eager to try new dishes and share them with her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ruth Markowski (nee Marquardt), and her sister, Maryann Lombardo (nee Penkava). Judy is survived by her devoted husband John of eight years in which he had a lifelong friendship spanning over 40 years; her stepson, Jonathan Struk; her brother, Al Markowski (Kris Stuhar); her sister, Linda Giersz (Bud Drinnon) and her 16 nieces and nephews who affectionately called her "Boo Boo". Her memory will be cherished by her family and friends, who will forever remember her kindness, warmth, and love.
