Mrs. Judy Avis Williams Dial, age 73 of Good Fortune Road, Cleveland passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville surrounded by her family.

A daughter of the late Bobby Raymond Wells and Daisy B. Scruggs Wells, she was born May 16, 1952, in Atlanta, Georgia, having grown up in Duluth, Georgia where she worked and retired from Milner Milling with many years of service. She loved to travel, going to the beach and sewing, and making quilts for family members. She loved doing things for others and never met a stranger. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. She had lived in Cleveland, Georgia since 2018. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John “Ted” Williams, brother, Keith Bobby Wells, sister-in-law, Deborah Wells and a nephew, Shawn Kevin Wells.

She is survived by her husband, James “Jim” Dial of the home; daughter, Wendy Rae Love (Anthony) and Brandy Lea Carlson; grandchildren, McKenzie (Brendan) Brewer, Jayce Henderson, Shayla Love and Emmanuel Love; great-grandchildren, Kasen Brewer and Everleigh Brewer; brother, Kenneth Raymond Wells; sister-in-law, Vickie Wells; nephew, Shane Kenneth Wells and niece, Tammy Wells.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 19, 2025, 2 pm in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with Mr. Allen Swafford officiating. Her favorite color was light blue, and the family would like to request that you wear light blue for the service.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Wednesday from noon until the service time. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to go to Alpine Shrinettes, 3955 Highway 356, Sautee, Georgia 30571 in memory of Mrs. Judy Williams Dial.

To honor her wishes she will be cremated following the service.
