Judy Ezell, 78, of Waldo, AR passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Judy was one of ten children born to the late Joe Warren and Mary Merle (Mitchell) England on March 5, 1947, in Hope, AR. She was preceded in death by her seven siblings, Mary Ann Smith, Travis England, Edna Earl (Al) Lauman, Jimmy England, Laura Sue England, Joe (Wilma) England, and Cecil England; father and mother-in-law, Audra and Malvin Ezell; brothers-in-law, Walter Clyde Malone and Bob Thomas; and sister-in-law, Sherry England.
Judy started her work career with Shanhouse clothing manufacturer, then went to work for the aluminum extrusion manufacturing company, Alcoa, retiring from Sapa Extrusions, Inc. She was a faithful member of the Rugged Cross Cowboy Church and loved to crochet and decorate for special family occasions and for the holidays.
Judy is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charles Ezell of Waldo; daughters, Miranda and Josh Hogan of Malvern and Mandy and Sam Kirby of Magnolia; grandgirls, Karyn and Kaci Kirby of Magnolia; adopted grandson, Monti "Little Man" of Crossett; sister, Ida Nell Thomas of Greenwood; brother, Bryan England of Hope; sisters-in-law, Betty Malone of Conway, Mary Ezell of Waldo, and Claudia England of Hope; and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Rugged Cross Cowboy Church with Bro. Mike Launius officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Lamartine under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. Visitation will be Friday, October 17 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Todd Huffman, Jason Rogers, Brandyn England, Michael Kee, Colton Burks, Chris Hogan, and Joe Risley.
Memorial donations may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA), Chapter #808, PO Box 1709, Magnolia, AR 71754.
