She leaves to mourn her son Jack B. Goines, Jr. and his wife Michelle; her grandson Ryan Goines and his wife Holly, and Megan Weaver and her husband James, and Jag Goines; she is also survived by 5 great grandchildren: Weston, Waylon, and Watson Goines, and Avery and Jackson Weaver; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Troy Mac and Laura Sue Long Boyd, Judy is preceded in death by her husband Jack B. Goines, Sr., her son Jerry Lee Goines, her brother James "Sonny" Boyd, and her sisters Doris Lanell Stewart and Betty Jane Thompson.
A graveside service for Judy will be held Thursday, September 18, 2025 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, 2201 N. Main St., Victoria, TX.
