She was born July 2, 1940 in Decatur County to the late Gober and Cena Camper. She was a 1958 graduate of Scotts Hill High School, she was a retired secretary with the Decatur County Probation office. She had worked several years in the Decatur County Clerk's office before going to the Probation office. Judy was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was heavily involved with the Decatur County Republican Party. She loved the outdoors, her flowers, gardening and taking care of her fur babies, Muff, Sam and Lucy.
Judy is survived by two sons, Brad (Betty) Hall, of Decaturville; Brent (Kim) Hall, of Decaturville; a sister, Brenda Jackson, of Parsons.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy N. Hall, her parents and 2 sisters, Margie Hill and Janice Mynatt.
Her Funeral Service will be held at Reed's Chapel, Decaturville, TN, at 2 PM on Thursday, March 13th, with Bro. Phillip Gulledge officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday 4 PM - 8 PM and Thursday 12 PM until service.
