Judy Carol Moore, a beloved member of her family and community, passed away on June 26, 2025, in Shepherd, Texas. Born on September 27, 1954, in Conroe, Texas, Judy lived a life rich in love, warmth, and kindness that left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Judy dedicated her professional life as a bookkeeper in the shipping industry, showcasing her attention to detail and commitment to her work. Yet, it was her passion for cooking that shone the brightest, particularly during the holidays when she loved to gather with family and friends to prepare meals that brought joy and comfort to all. She was not only an exceptional cook but also a faithful servant of the Lord, embodying the values and spirit of faith throughout her life. Her vibrant personality and zest for life were evident in her family interactions and social gatherings. Judy took pleasure in shopping on the TV, a testament to her adventurous and engaging nature. Judy's legacy lives on through her loving family. She is survived by her cherished children, Jerry Howard and his wife Maureen, Jeffrey Howard and his wife Lori and Ryan Moore and his wife Brittani. Her adoring granddaughter, Kaytlynn Howard, RJ Moore and Reece Moore brought her tremendous joy, along with her brothers, Greg Rushing and his wife Dorothy, and Ricky Rushing and his wife Kirsten. She was also surrounded by a host of other loving relatives and friends, all of whom will miss her deeply. She now rejoins her beloved husband, Randall "Peanut" Moore, as well as her parents, Bo Rushing and Rosa Rushing, and her brother Terry Rushing in eternal rest.
