Judy Lynn Moore, age 71, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 surrounded by her loving sister, Karen; daughter, Amanda; and son-in-law, Rick. Judy loved horses, drag-racing, her dog, Bear and her family fiercely.
She is preceded in death by her husband, David S. Moore; son, Michael Wright; parents, Cecil and Anna Wright; and grandparents, Ethel and Barney Osborne. Judy is survived by her daughter, Amanda Williams; son-in-law, Rick Williams; sister, Karen Wright; grandchildren, Katie Earhart, Kadon Earhart, and Kaloe Earhart; special nieces, Victoria Morelock and Jamie Billhiemer; and nephews, Robert Atchley and Denver Miller.
In lieu of flowers donations made be made to the C.A.R.E. animal rescue.
Per her request, there will be a by invitation only service at a later date.
