Judy Ann Quaderer

October 24, 1949 – November 26, 2025

Judy Ann Quaderer, 76, passed peacefully, Wednesday, November 26, 2025. She was under the care of Rennes Health and Rehab and Hospice Services.

Judy was born to Lawrence and Olga (Scheelk) Tobalsky, on October 24, 1949. She grew up on the West side of Wausau, WI. She attended Holy Name of Jesus Catholic School and then graduated from Newman Catholic High School in 1968. Judy attended college in Kenosha, WI, achieving an associate degree in interior design. Judy worked around the Wausau area, bringing her artistic touch along with her. She worked for Jackson Pharmacy/Young’s Drug Store for 29 years, while winning multiple “Best Window Display” recognitions.

Judy was actively involved with her sons in Scouting, as part of Troop 462. She loved spending her summer months camping most weekends with family and friends. Franklin Lake in the Nicolet National Forest was the most special to her of all. In the fall, she always looked forward to browsing the Cranberry Fest in Warrens, WI. After her retirement, Judy focused most days watching her young grandsons grow.

Judy’s loving memory is survived by her 3 sons: Todd Quaderer, Robert Quaderer, Joshua (wife, Brianna) Quaderer; 5 grandchildren: Noah Quaderer, Carson Linder, Jody (Quaderer) Dennis, Jonathan Quaderer, and Brian Thayer, Jr.; 3 brothers: Robert Tobalsky, Ronald Tobalsky, and Jack Tobalsky; 2 foster brothers: Jim Sladich and Frank Sladich; 7 nephews and nieces: Rick Tobalsky, Steven Tobalsky, Reyne’ (Tobalsky) Check, Christine (Tobalsky) Smith, Michael Tobalsky, John Tobalsky, and Sarah (Tobalsky) Thurs; as well as other family, relatives, and friends.

Along with her parents, Judy was preceded in death by Todd, Holly, Rob, and Josh's father (Bob Quaderer);her daughter: Holly Quaderer; granddaughter: Addison Quaderer; and in-laws: Mittie Jane (Flint) Tobalsky, Anne Mulainix-Tobalsky, Susanne (Schwocho) Tobalsky, and Marla (Priebe) Tobalsky.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 1104 S. 9th Ave., Wausau, with Father Woodrow Pace presiding.  Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In accordance with her wishes, Judy’s ashes will be placed at Restlawn Memorial Park in the Spring.
