Judy Allyce Seppo, age 78 of Duluth died on January 22, 2026. She was born in Duluth on May 20, 1947 to parents, Richard and Denise (Olson) Powell. She attended Central High School, where she met and fell in love with Steven. They were married on June 17, 1967 and had three beautiful children together. Judy was a talented musician who loved playing guitar, piano, and singing in the church choir. She was a fantastic cook. She enjoyed sewing, making blankets, playing bingo, fishing, and celebrating the holiday seasons. Her heart was colorful and full of spirit.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Melanie Powell. Judy is survived by her husband, Steven; children, Deborah, Adam, and Katie; grandchildren, Cory & Alyssa, Bella, Chase & Spring; sister, Sue Wilke, Marcia and Maureen Powell; great grandchildren, family, and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 20th at 1:00 p.m. with a Visitation starting at 12noon at the Good Hope Church, 1814 N 51st Ave E, Duluth, MN 55804.
