With a collection of recipes that she created and mastered, she was proud to serve her family and friends with her culinary creations, especially her renowned cheesecake and Sunday morning waffles. She cherished her Italian heritage, and it was represented in her cooking and her holiday traditions. She also had the gift of being able to prepare a full course meal for unexpected company on short notice.
Julia loved working at Cardinal Spellman High School. Her dedication to the students and the support and guidance she provided were unmatched. She especially enjoyed the school’s trip to Europe visiting Italy and Greece, where the culture further enriched her passion for cooking and baking.
