Julia Randolph Etheridge An angel was born on July 15, 1944, and concluded her earthly assignments on September 20, 2025. She was the first born of the late James Hoyt and Nancy Lee 'Sis" Randolph. She served diligently in her family church, Rucker Memorial Baptist Church. She was an alumnus of Fair Street and E. E. Butler. She freely shared her wisdom, love and contagious smile to all that met her. She was married to the late Charles "Dragon" Etheridge. She leaves to cherish her sweet memories, her faithful Daughter Rev. Loretta Mathis and several stepchildren; her sibling Joe E. Randolph (Deidra); sister-in- law Martha Randolph. Grandchildren: Lakendra McIntosh and Richele Mathis (Jamaal); Great Grandchildren Raigen, Rahjah, Jeremiah and God daughters Lisa Niles and Sonya McIntosh; God son, Theodore McDormett and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
