Julia Harris Obituary
Julia Ann Harris, affectionately known as Judy, passed away on February 28, 2026, in Beckley, WV. Born February 7, 1939, in Harvey, WV, she was the daughter of Frank and Bea Febean. Judy was a registered nurse, working for several years at RGH. She was also an accomplished watercolor artist and a member of the Beckley Art Group and the WV Watercolor Society. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her son Jimmy (Terry) Nugen as well as her grandson Stephen Nugen. Judy will be missed by many, especially her two dearest friends, Jeanne Williams and Nancy Lynch.
Per Judy’s wishes, there will be no service. Interment at Highlawn cemetery in Oak Hill, WV.
