Julia P. Whitworth, age 98, formerly of Bellevue, passed away March 16, 2026.
She was born June 5, 1927, in Beardstown, Tenn., to W.H. Parnell and Lorene Daniel Parnell.
Preceded in death by her husband, Rollie H. Whitworth; her brother, Glen (late Verla) Parnell, and her parents.
Survived by her children, Glenda LaFlamme, of Lebanon, Tenn., and Richard (Debbie) Whitworth, of Bellevue; her grandsons, Rick (Angie) Chappell, Ken Chappell, Sean (Mirisa) Saunders, and Kevin (Santana) Saunders; great-grandchildren, Corey Lyons, Zach Chappell, Hailey Klotz, Jackson Saunders, Nora Saunders, Esme Saunders, Murphy Saunders, Ophelia Saunders, and Ethan Saunders.
VISITATION: Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 5 until 7 p.m., at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, 2202 Hancock Street, Bellevue.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:30 a.m., Friday, at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
INTERMENT: Omaha National Cemetery.
