Julianne Egner

Julianne Egner, age 76, of Eaton, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Ohio’s Hospice of Butler & Warren in Franklin, Ohio. Born on September 22, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio, daughter of the late Chester N. & Mary J. (Sabo) Welz, Sr.

She worked at Dayton Flex for 20 years and then Parker Hannifin for 20 years and retired in 2008.

She enjoyed watching game shows, reading, and fishing. She was a hard-working single mother raising her children and enjoyed being with her grandkids.

Member of the Eagles, Lodge 2202 and VFW Post 8066.

Preceded by her siblings, Margaret Barker and Chester Norman Welz, Jr.; granddaughter, Megan Harris; grandson, Ben Pedigo; great grandson, Silas Pendergraff.

Survived by her children, Tina Pendergraff of Eaton, OH, Tammy (Carl) Bechtol of West Alexandria, OH, Traci (Johnny) Martin of Starke, FL and Morgan (Anthony) Pedigo of Eaton, OH; grandchildren, Annie (Jeff) Samson, Preston Pendergraff, Dylan Pendergraff, Haley Pendergraff, Dakota Egner, Logan (Brooke) Bechtol, Robert Bechtol, Mariah (Mark) Schaffer, Summer Martin, Autumn Martin, Hunter Martin, Trace Martin, Tucker Martin, Madison Egner, Bentley Pedigo and Brayden Pedigo; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Kathy (Roberto) Pericoli; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; best friend of many years, Deron McEldowney.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Pastor Greg Jackson officiating. Interment will be held at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
