With deep love and heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Julie Ann Ambriz on July 11, 2025, in Pismo Beach, California-just one day before her 66th birthday. Born in
Tracy, California, on July 12, 1959, Julie lived a life filled with strength, compassion, and devotion to her family, friends, faith, and community.
Julie was the proud and loving mother of Jesse and Jack Ambriz, and the devoted wife of Kelly Ambriz. She was the cherished daughter of the late Frank and Barbara Castro Jr., and is survived by her siblings, Annette Castro-Miller and Frank Castro III, with whom she shared a lifelong bond.
Julie dedicated her career to healthcare administration as President of Conejo Valley Practice Management, Inc., where she worked alongside her husband, Kelly. Together, they supported healthcare providers throughout the Thousand Oaks area, earning admiration for their integrity, efficiency, and care for employees' well-being. Julie's life was enriched by the enduring friendship she shared with Terri Fagundes, Nancy Gordon, Heidi Smith, Kim Stroup, and Jody Sahaydak. Their decades-long bond was a source of strength, laughter, and deep joy-a beautiful reflection of Julie's capacity for lifelong connection.
A woman of strong faith, Julie was a devoted member of St. Paul the Apostle Church in Pismo Beach. She found meaning in life's quiet moments-neighborhood walks, time with loved ones, and simple acts of kindness. Her presence brought warmth, grace, and calm to all who knew her.
