Julie Ann Bell, 74, of Lambertville, Michigan, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025. Julie was born on January 13, 1951, in Monroe, Michigan, and was the daughter of Delbert and Genevieve (Harris) Stapleton. She was a 1969 graduate from Monroe High School and then received her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Eastern Michigan University. Julie married Noel L. Bell on June 24, 1977. She was employed as a teacher for Monroe Public Schools. Julie enjoyed Bunko, making cards, and Bible studies. She was a member of St Luke's Lutheran Church and the MEA.
Julie is survived by her loving husband, Noel; children, Thomas (Melissa) Bell, and Margaret (Vincent) Dezanett; brother, John (Diana) Stapleton; sister, Jill Ann Smith; former sister-in-law, Danniella Stapleton; grandchildren, Ava, Sadie, Wyatt, and Vinnie. She was preceded in death by her sister, Judith Stapleton.
Visitation will be from 2-8 pm, Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, Michigan. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, September 11, 2025, at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 1690 Sterns Road (at Jackman) Temperance, Michigan, where she will lie in state after 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
