** Due to the inclement weather, services for Julie have been canceled **
It is with great sadness that the family of Julie Elizabeth Bouchard announces the passing of our beloved sister. As Julie peacefully transitioned from this life, she was accompanied with her sister Robin and Sean Donnelly. Also by her side were faithful friends Marie Susie Turner and Julie Geddes.
Born August 19th, 1956 in Clinton, Massachusetts. Julie was the daughter of Mary Eleanor and Walter Paul Bouchard. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1974 and later graduated from Assumption College in Worcester Massachusetts. For the better part of 40 years Julie lived in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Julie now joins those that preceded her death. Both of her parents, as well as a baby sister Michelle.
Julie is survived by her sisters, Angela Bouchard from San Diego California, Robin Donnelly from Cape Neddick Maine, Roxane Grayson from Louisville Kentucky, Renee Bowling from Louisville, Kentucky. And brothers, Brett Bouchard from Coral Springs, Florida. Paul Bouchard from Englewood, Florida. Also, there are her sisters and brothers in law. Lisa Leonard, Sean Donnelly, Robert Grayson, Jack Bowling, Carolyn Bouchard and Debbie Bouchard. Throughout the years there were numerous nieces and nephews who brought much joy to Julie's life. And last but not least, all the friends and personal assistants, both past and present who supported and cared for Julie. Many who considered Julie as an extension to their own families.
During the NFL season, Julie would host a football Sunday gathering at her home to watch the New England Patriots. She was an avid fan, as were most of her invited friends. Somewhere in the mix, Julie's faithful companion Maisie the cat surely got involved as well who is now in the loving care of one of her caretakers.
Despite the physical limitations Julie endured due to an automobile accident nearly 50 years ago, she was able to live an engaging life. Julie's fierce independence guided her to a life which would motivate anyone who knew her well. She was a warrior who fought many battles and won, because she had a can-do attitude where defeat was not an option. How you inspired us all, sweet sister. You will be in our hearts forever.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather with Julie’s family during a period of Calling Hours on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Kelly Cremation & Funeral Care, 154 Lincoln Street, Worcester.
