Julie Burgermeister Obituary
Julie Ann Burgermeister, age 65, slipped her earthly bonds, unexpectedly, but peacefully at home in West Allis, WI, on Thursday, March 6th, 2025. She is no longer in pain and suffering, in the presence of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Julie is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Joseph; father, Orville Jahnke of Muskego; sister, Janet Lemke (Jerry) of Bonduel, WI; brother, Michael of Franklin, WI; and adored nephew & niece, Eli and Cassidy Lemke. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Julie was preceded in death by her mother, Dora Jahnke.
Julie graduated from Muskego High School in 1977 and the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 1981.
Julie was a recent retiree of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance, having previously been employed by Markel American Insurance and the American Society for Quality.
Julie was an avid fan of the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Admirals. She also enjoyed gardening, baking and watching cooking videos. She was a loving cat mom to four feline fur babies.
Julie was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Visitation at Hartson Funeral Home on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 11 am to 1 pm. Funeral Service 1 pm.
