Julie K. Honald, 70 of Whitehall, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice Care, Allentown. Born Tuesday, July 14, 1953 in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Fekete) Roth and wife of Gregory J. Honald.
She worked as a bus drive for the Whitehall / Coplay School District for twenty years and then as a School Bus Aide for Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit, Walnutport, for five years.
In addition to her husband, Julie is survived by her sons, Josh M. Honald of Elizabethtown, KY and Jake W. and wife Sarah Honald of Clayton, NC, and grandchildren, Abigail and Jackson.
Services: The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Thursday, January 11, 2024 and 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM, on Friday, January 12, 2024, both at the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Northampton at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 12, 2024. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery, Allentown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Peaceable Kingdom, Inc., in care of the funeral home.
