It´s been one week since your passing. Our relationship was complicated and we spent many years apart, but you were still my mother - the woman who gave me life and shaped a part of who I am. Even though we didn´t get the chance to reconnect the way I hoped, I´m holding onto the good memories and the lessons you left behind.
I´m grieving not just your loss, but the conversations we never got to have.
Rest in peace, Mom. I hope you´ve found peace and comfort now.
