Jeffrey “Jeff” Kent Kerchee passed into peace on June 1, 2025, in Edmond OK. Jeff was born September 3rd, 1961, in Enid, Ok to Karen (Tipton) Kay and Ray Kerchee. Jeff graduated from Harrah High School in 1979 and went to work many different jobs to support his young family until starting work at Tinker Air Force Base as an Aircraft Mechanic in 1984 where he retired from in 2010. Jeff met Joyce on September 8th, 2001, and they quickly became inseparable. They married on September 8th, 2004, at a small wedding in Las Vegas.
Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. Jeff enjoyed many hobbies including gardening, cooking, and fishing. He was an avid fisherman and tried to go fishing as many times as possible, taking many fishing trips with Joyce and his son Kyle. Jeff loved to cook and could be found many days manning a grill or smoker or just in the kitchen. He loved his neighborhood and took great pride in getting to know and becoming friends with many of his neighbors. He spent many evenings riding his golf cart or just sitting in his chair in the driveway and visiting with those who passed by.
Jeff was preceded in death by his son Jeffrey Ray Kerchee, grandson Avery Moore, brother Steve Kerchee, mother Karen Kay, and father Ray Kerchee.
He is survived by his wife Joyce Kerchee of the Home; Son Kyle Kerchee and wife Caitlyn of Harrah; Son Raymond John Moore and wife Lori of Edmond; Daughter Lindsey Moore of McAlester; Daughter-in-Law Isabel Kerchee of Germany, Brother Brian Kerchee and wife Alicia of Midwest City; Step-mom Donna Kerchee of Choctaw; Step- Brother Shawn Marcotte; Step-Sister Kimberly Ray; Grandkids, Anisa Kerchee, Maddox Kerchee, Landon Kerchee, Faith King-Kerchee, Elizabeth Kerchee, Emily Kerchee, Austen Macaluso, Aden Macaluso, Alyssa Macaluso, Aubrey Macaluso, Mia Moore, and Max Moore.
