Linda Sue Fidler, 69, of Choctaw, passed away Sunday in Oklahoma City. Linda was born November 12, 1955, in Savannah, Georgia, to Junior Lee and Doris Gayle (White) Loyd.
Linda was one of two daughters to an “Air Force Family”, she received her education all over, spending several years at Okinawa. After graduation she made her way to Dallas and later Oklahoma City to work for AT&T sales department as an Instructor/Trainer. She was still working at AT&T but her health had slowed her down a bit. Linda moved to the Choctaw area in the mid 1990’s where she attended Choctaw Road Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching “Big Brother” on her evenings off, snuggling with Caylor, but her heart belonged to her great-nieces and nephews whom she adored.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Cheryl Jenkins.
Survivors include a nephew Joshua and wife Heather Sumner of Choctaw; five great nieces and nephews and one great-great-nephew.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2025, at Memory Lane Cemetery of Harrah.
