Julio Cesar "Jc" Sierra Jr

Julio "JC" Cesar Sierra, JR passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham at the age of 65.He is preceded in death by his parents, Julio and Maria Sierra in Arizona on February 13, 1956. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 38 years, Leyla Fuentes Sierra; daughter, Ashleigh Sierra (Juan Diaz); and sister, Marylou Garcia. He was a veteran of the US Navy, and worked for the US Postal Service. "JC" loved to read his Clive Cussler novels, listen to his classical music from the 40's, 50's and 60's, and was an avid collector of many things like typewriters and hats. He loved his family and he adored his dogs and was a dog lover through and through. He will be missed by many who had the honor to know him. A celebration of Life service will be announced at a later time.
