June M. Baird, 94, born in Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on January 10, 2025, at Harbor Place, Port St Lucie, FL. She and her husband moved in 1998 from North Miami, FL, where they lived for over 40 years, to Port St Lucie. June was preceded in death by her parents Nick and Anna Liberato; husband of 64 years William "Bud" Baird, Jr., and brother Vincent Liberato.
She was an active member of the Miami Shores Presbyterian Church followed by the Indian River Presbyterian Church in Fort Pierce. She attended church every Sunday until her move to Harbor Place in 2022. June was a homemaker and enjoyed family and friends, doing ceramics, crafts, needlework, painting, ballroom dancing, reading, crossword puzzles, playing bingo and pokeno at Harbor Place, watching Hallmark movies, and living her strong Presbyterian faith.
She is survived by her daughter Nancy and her husband Jose Vargas along with many nieces and nephews. She will be sorely missed and remembered as a sweet and loving lady by all who knew and loved her.
Interment will be at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth.

June Bug was the sweetest lady on the face of the earth. We loved her so much! We will miss her sweet smile and beautiful personality. She is now an angel in Heaven with God. We feel very blessed to have got to love her for so long.
