June Elwell Doigg, 77, passed away on Thursday, November 13th, 2025, in Dallas, TX. With family by her side & holding her hand. After a year of ill health, may she now have eternal rest.

She was born January 27th, 1948, in Gilmer, TX, the daughter of Jean Barry Elwell and Truman Howard Elwell.

June graduated from Irving High School class of 1966. She went on to continue her studies and graduated from East Texas State University in 1970 with a bachelor's in English.

She was a caring mother to her two daughters and went on to have a career in CSR Insurance Management for twenty-eight years. Devoting her time to Coble-Craves Insurance Group HRH and then Willis International HRH, where she made lifelong friends.

She met her loving husband, Charlie, in 1996, and they were married until his passing.

After retirement, Mrs. June spent her time as a teacher's aide & substitute for six years at St. Bernard of Clairvaux School. She loved her students, their families, and the staff at the church deeply.

Cooking, gardening, and spending time with family were her favorite pastimes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Doigg, in 2010 and a brother, Stephen Elwell, in 2014.

She is survived by her two daughters, Kristin Srivarodom of Dallas, TX, & Kerri and Dave Glover of Loveland, Ohio.

Grandchildren: Madeline Herr, Jackson Srivarodom, Katherine Glover, Heidi Glover, Piper Glover, and her bonus grandson Gregory Foster. Who knew her as "Nana".

A dear sister, Vickie Elwell Paschal & husband Dickie Paschal of McKinney, TX.

Aunt Ginger Shea and family in Houston, TX. As well as many other cousins and family members in and around Gilmer, TX.

A memorial service will be held in her honor after the first of the year, near her birthday, at Eastgate Funeral Home in Garland, Texas. Service information will be provided in advance for those wanting to send flowers or stop by for remembrance of this amazing soul.
