June Marie Laramore, a loving and devoted wife, mom, and grandma, went to her Heavenly Home on Sunday, September 22, 2024, having reached the age of 87 years, 6 months, and 25 days. June was born in Salem, Missouri on February 28, 1937, to James Matthew Jones and Oma (Mcallister) Jones. June was united in marriage to John Laramore on September 10, 1975, and they shared 35 years together.
Those who remain to treasure her memory include her three children: Joe Nivens (wife, Deirdre), Michael Nivens (wife, Marcia), Diane Wells (husband, Steve); her stepson, Robbie Laramore; eleven grandchildren: Matthew, Mark, Scott, Kathy, Krissy, Bryon, Justin, Mike Jr., Casey, Baylee, and Sara. June also leaves behind great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
June was predeceased by her parents: James and Oma Jones; her beloved husband, John Laramore on May 21, 2010; son, Roger Nivens; two daughters: Debra Johns and Darla Thompson; grandson, Shaun Nivens; siblings: Buford, Beulah, Edith, Ermidean, and Lorene; as well as many other dear relatives.
A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024, from 11:30 am until the time of her Funeral Service at 1 pm, held at DeClue Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Caledonia Methodist Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
