Obituary for June Meredith Hall Beaulieu Wakefield

On November 24, 2025, June Meredith Hall Beaulieu Wakefield went to be with her Lord and Savior in her heavenly paradise. Born and raised in Athens, Maine, June was a proud graduate of Somerset Academy. She dedicated 35 years of faithful service to Colby College before retiring, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, kindness, and devotion.

June loved God deeply and lived out her faith as a committed member of Oakland United Baptist Church, where she joyfully taught Sunday School. Her unwavering belief and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. She has earned her wings and sits at the table with her heavenly family. We know she watches over us now as our guardian angel.

June was preceded in death by her father, Earle Ara Hall, her mother, Roseellen Corliss Hall, her nephews and nieces Kenny, Douglas, Earle, and Heidi Flanders, and the last love of her life, Chuck.

She is survived by her son, Darin John Beaulieu (Rose); her grandchildren, Morgan Starkey (Samantha), Shania Beaulieu Logsdon (Stephen) and their children, Raylan and Elaina, and Crystal Beaulieu Galant (Luke). She is also survived by her son, Rick Riley (Linda) and their children.

June's heart was large enough to welcome many "adopted" children and grandchildren into her life, including Bernie, Gerry, Dave, Josh, Jeanette, Sienna, and many more over the years, all of whom she cherished as her own.

She leaves behind her beloved siblings: her sister, Lois Hall Flanders Stewart, and her son, Jeff Flanders (Michele) and his children; her brother, Keith Earle Hall (Nancy) and their children, Mary, Pam, Bruce, and Linda and their families; her brother, Linwood Everett ("Jake") Hall (Jane), their children, Ross and his wife, Sarah, and their families; her brother, James ("Jim") Darrell Hall (Evelyn) and their daughters, Sharon and Katie (Matt), and their children; and her brother, Clayton ("Clay") Ralph Hall, along with his son, Tim and his wife, his daughter, Stephanie and her husband, his son Derek Bryan, and their families.
