Junior Parm age 84, of Chatsworth, GA, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Junior Parm, born April 25, 1941, in Old Fort, Tennessee, was the beloved son of the late Kimsey Parm and Rhodie Payne Parm. A dedicated worker, Junior spent many years with Bearden Construction before retiring. He found joy in the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and was known for his musical talents on the guitar and banjo. In addition to his parents, Junior was preceded in death by his cherished siblings: Clarence Parm, Janey Barnes, Katherine Smith, Willard Parm, Newell Parm, RC Parm, his twin brother James Parm, Ruby Parm, Royston Parm, Betty Parm, and Elbert Parm.
Junior is survived by his devoted wife of sixty-one years, Rachel Jones Parm; his daughter, Becky Densmore (Johnny); and two sons, Frankie Parm and Michael Parm. He was a proud grandfather to Johnathon Densmore (Keshia), Jimmy Densmore (Nicole), Kristy Gordon (Joel), Michael J. Parm (Courtney), Jeff Densmore (Karen), Christopher Parm (Crissy), Matthew Parm (Kristine), and Timothy Parm (Nelda).
His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren: Riley Densmore, Tegan Densmore, Alex Densmore, Jaden Ingram (Journee), Corbin Ingram, Briceson Gordon, Titus Gordon, Eslian Parm, Alyssa Densmore, Isabella Densmore, Lance Densmore, Kaylee Dills, Ava Swinney, Cadence Parm, Margo Parm, and Maddie Parm.
He is also survived by his brother, Wesley Parm, and a host of nieces and nephews who will carry forward his memory with love.
A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Junior Williams officiating. Interment will follow at West Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour at Dalton Funeral Home.
