Justice Scott McAtee, 22, of Ft. Mitchell, AL passed away Monday, April 8, 2024 in a motorcycle accident on Highway 431 on his way home from work.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
Justice was born April 26, 2001 in Vallejo, CA, son of Scott Clayton McAtee and LaTrisha Driggs. He was a fierce and loyal friend, a combination of strong work ethic, humor, goofiness and quick wit. At the tender age of 22, Justice leaves behind his mom, LaTrisha Driggs (Malcolm), dad, Scott McAtee (Nai), siblings, Shaun, Destiny, Cincere, Nolan and Lane McAtee; maternal grandparents, Rod and Jeannie Mims; girlfriend, Erika Jackson.
He was never happier than when he was on two wheels. For the bikers, you know the feeling. He was truly passionate about the motorcycle community and always about the smiles per gallon.
He had aspirations, goals, and a wide-open future to explore. In the weeks before his passing, all he could talk about was his potential promotion at Academy Sports, a new kayak he had just bought, and his birthday plans with his friends and family this year. He truly left us too soon as he was just getting his life started.
