Justin Sam Eagle

Justin Sam Eagle, affectionately known as Eagle to his friends, passed away at the age of 35 on April 9, 2024, in Clinton Township, Michigan. Born on April 24, 1988, in Detroit, Michigan, Justin was a beloved son, brother, and friend whose infectious laughter, unwavering kindness, and generous spirit touched the lives of many.
Justin graduated from Warren Woods Tower High School, furthering his education at Walsh College, earning a bachelor's degree in finance. His academic achievements set the stage for a successful career as a Contract Specialist at TACOM, where he was respected for his expertise, work ethic, and the friendships he shared with his colleagues.
He is survived by his devoted parents, Ed and Nina Eagle, his loving sister, Christie Anderson, and his loyal canine companion, Zeke, who was always by his side. His life was complete with grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins and a friend group unlike any other. His absence leaves a void that cannot be filled, but his family takes comfort in the joy and laughter he brought into so many lives.
Justin was a man of many talents and interests. A self-taught musician, he could often be found playing his guitar or drums, filling the room with new music and reinvented classics. His passion for music was matched only by his love for sports. A devoted fan, Justin watched all sports, but he held a special place in his heart for hockey and the Pittsburgh Penguins. In his spare time, Justin found interest in collecting and trading. Whether it be coins, cards, or jerseys, he had the ability to take something forgotten or undiscovered and give it new life.
Justin's impact on the world around him was as profound as it was wide-reaching. As we bid farewell, we remember a life lived with purpose and passion. He may have left this world too soon, but the memories he created will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who loved him. Justin's spirit will live on in the music that plays, the games that continue to thrill, and the collectibles that bear witness to a life well-lived.
A celebration of Justin's life will be held on May 4th, 2024, from 2:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with sharing of memories at 6:00 P.M. at the Sawyer-Fuller Funeral Home 2125 Twelve Mile Road in Berkley, (two blocks west of Woodward Avenue), where family and friends will gather to share stories and memories that honor the remarkable man he was. Justin's life was a beautiful melody. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
As an avid lover of animals, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Humane Society.
