Justin Allen Farr, 46, of Villa Rica, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025. He was born on July 15, 1978, the son of Roger Allen Farr and Jane Reynolds Farr.
Justin was known for his immense love for his family and his unwavering dedication to his friends. His life was marked by service, adventure, and a passion for speed, that reflected in his interests in fast cars and motorcycles.
Justin served with distinction in the United States Air Force for sixteen years. His military career was notable for his role as a crew chief on advanced fighter aircraft, including the F-15, F-16, and F-22. His exceptional skills and commitment to excellence earned him numerous medals and commendations throughout his career. Among his most distinguished honors was a Japanese medal awarded for his contributions in repairing planes, recognizing him as the only American to work on Japanese aircraft, an achievement celebrated by a General of Japan. Additionally, Justin was awarded three Purple Hearts for his bravery in combat and also served in the Special Forces, further demonstrating his remarkable service to his country.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Rader and Martha Spinks Farr and John and Lois Carroll Reynolds.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Ashlynne Farr of Massachusetts, Vallin Farr and Shayde Little Farr all of Hawaii, Austin Farr of Villa Rica; one niece Morgan and three nephews, Adam, Andrew, and Grant.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted on at 2:00 PM on Saturday at the Villa Rica Chapel with Dr. Billy Godwin officiating. Entombment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens.
Justin's legacy is characterized by his kindhearted nature and the deep bonds he formed with those around him. He will be remembered not only for his military accomplishments but also for the joy he brought to the lives of his family and friends. His spirit and love for life will continue to inspire those who knew him, and he leaves behind cherished memories that will be felt for years to come.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Justin's memory.
