It is with deep sadness and grief that we announce the passing of Justin J. Kaiser, 37 of Scotch Plains. Justin passed away suddenly early in the morning of Saturday, June 28 at his home. Born in Rahway, he is the son of Kenneth and Laura (Pajak) Kaiser.

Justin was a gentle soul who loved animals, especially his two cats. He enjoyed his work at an electronics company and was grateful for the opportunity to use his computer skills in his career. In his free time, he enjoyed many hobbies such as hiking, fishing in the Adirondacks, spending time at the Shore, gaming, and playing Pokémon Go, but perhaps more than any of the hobbies and games themselves, he enjoyed the company of the friends he shared those interests with.

He is survived by his beloved parents Ken and Laura, his sister Alison, his Aunts Cora and Valerie, his cousin Jonathan, his nephew Benjamin, his brother-in-law Cris, and the many cherished friends whose lives he touched.

Justin will be remembered for his kindness, gentle demeanor, considerate nature, his sense of humor, thoughtfulness, and how deeply he cared for and appreciated others.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, July 9 from 11:00am – 1:00pm at Memorial Funeral Home in Fanwood. Burial will immediately follow at Hazelwood Cemetery, 64 Lake Avenue, Colonia NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations are asked in Justin's name to Alley Cat Allies at www.alleycat.org
