I couldn't even begin to put into words who you were and what you meant to me. Any words used to describe how good of a brother and a best friend you were would be at best pale and paltry compared to who you were and will always be. I'll always keep a part of you with me. You will always be family
Forever your brother,

Justin helped me and my family through a difficult time with just his words and knowledge. He will forever be in my heart as one of the closest friends I have ever had the please of being around. You will be greatly missed. Our family is devastated. We miss you brother.

Seeing Justin was always a highlight of my year, and whenever we'd get the time to just talk and catch up, it always went by too quickly. I'll never forget that first beer at the Morton's that kicked off our friendship, and the hours long conversation that followed. Justin was aggressively kind, intensely intelligent, and he kept a lot of himself back except from those he called friends; luckily, his San Japan family fell into that category, and we all loved him very, very much. The convention won't be the same without him, and I know I will be among many missing him, but count myself blessed to have had Justin in my life.

Always the funniest, most giving, too good person I could have asked to become friends with. The San Japan family because so much more open to me when I met you, the countless tabling events we did together will never be the same without you, your always positive attitude never failed to attract future attendees to the San Japan family and San Japan itself. You were always just too giving, the amount of times you listened to my silly suggestions and jokes for Staffing and San Japan in general never fell on deaf ears. You never let the conversation die, and I will not let your memory die. Thank you so much Justin, you were too good for us. - Ana

Justin always made it a point to wish me a happy birthday or come say hello to me at my desk during San Japan. He was nothing but sweet and genuine. May he rest in the peace he brought everyone he met...
