In Loving Memory of Justin Joseph Leonor
June 21, 1982 – November 2, 2025
Born on June 21, 1982, Justin Joseph Leonor brought light, intelligence, and joy into the world from the very beginning. A beloved father, son, brother, fiancé, leader, and friend, Justin's life was defined by his warmth, talent, and drive to make a difference both personally and professionally.
He was driven by generosity, laughter, and a deep sense of purpose. Known for his playful humor, boundless energy, and his ability to make everyone around him feel loved and valued, Justin's kindness, competitive mind, and wisdom left lasting impressions on all who knew him.
Justin was a proud graduate of Judson High School and went on to earn his degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. During his college years, he was an active member and athlete within the UTSA Filipino Student Association, where he built lifelong friendships and celebrated his cultural heritage. He also performed with the Karilagan Philippine Cultural Group throughout high school and college, sharing his talent, love for music, dance, and community.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Justin was a devoted fan of the San Francisco 49ers, San Antonio Spurs, and San Francisco Giants. His passion for golf was unmatched, he was a talented player and a proud member of the San Antonio Minority Golf Association, where he found both competition and brotherhood among close friends. He proudly achieved two holes-in-one, moments he celebrated with excitement.
Justin built an accomplished career filled with purpose and lasting friendships. He held key positions with USAA and Rackspace, and later served as Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of two international technology startups. He also led enterprise sales teams at different technology companies, where he was admired for his leadership, vision, and ability to inspire those around him. Throughout his career, Justin closed some of the largest deals in company history, leaving a lasting mark through his dedication, integrity, and results. In addition to his work in technology, he held a real estate license with Century 21, where he combined his business expertise with his natural ability to connect with people.
Above all, Justin's greatest joy and proudest accomplishment in life were his three beloved children, Bennet (18), Rees (15), and Mara (13), who were truly the center of his world. He loved and admired them deeply, taking immense pride in the kind, talented, and remarkable individuals they are becoming.
On November 2, 2025, at the age of 43, Justin passed away as a result of a tragic and unexpected cardiac event while traveling for work in Boston, Massachusetts.
