Justin Allan Starr passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at the age of 33. Justin was born November 30, 1988 in Bay City, Michigan to Robert P. and Patricia A. (Keipinger) Starr. After graduating high school, he attended Central Michigan University. Justin enjoyed all kinds of sports and was a loyal Detroit Lions and University of Michigan fan. He loved music; listening to various types of music and making rap parodies with friends. He was even in a band in his younger years. Justin was a humble and kind man. He loved spending time with family and friends. He would reminisce about his special memories of spending time with his cousins and family, during get-togethers or outings and vacations. His deep faith and his love of God will live on in the memories of his family and friends.
Justin is survived by his mother, Patricia Starr; brothers, Christopher and Ryan Starr; nephew, Landon Starr; girlfriend, Natasha Cosby; aunts and uncles, Pat (Jim) Mindykowski, Rick (Laurie) Starr, Ann Flattery, Dave (Barb) Starr, Mary (Marty) Lagalo, Matt Keipinger, Jerry (Tonya) Keipinger and Lori Hansen, with whom he had a special bond, and his extended family in Moldova, Ala and Alex Romanciuc; numerous cousins and friends all who will miss him dearly. Justin was preceded in death by his loving father, Robert, on November 19, 2020; grandparents, Richard and Esther Starr, Allan Keipinger, Barbara Satkowiak; uncles, Patrick Flattery, Ralph Keipinger and Roy Zielinski.
Justin's family will greet family, friends and neighbors on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at Squires Funeral Home, 211 North Henry Street, Bay City, Michigan where a memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Mrs. Jane Grzegorczyk will officiate. He will be laid to rest in a private family ceremony in St. Patrick Cemetery in Bay City, Michigan. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution may want to consider "Family Wishes" in care of Patricia Starr. Id hang out with Justin more times than I can really account for, I'm going to miss the humor Justin had and his love for music I miss him allot ....God bless

I grew up with justin, when i transferred to holy family in the 6th grade he was the first friend i had made, our group of friends became like brothers to me, i dont think i could have made it though high school with out his humor, and this is where it breaks my heart the last time i saw him in person was when i was getting ready to enlist, he came over and visited for a few hours we played mortal kombat, and that was the last time i saw him in person, but i will always cherish the memories we had and our friendship i am truly sorry for the loss to everyones life he touched.
