He was born July 05, 1941 to Benton and Vinna Henderson. JW was an outdoors person. He loved hunting, fishing, golfing and especially riding his horse. He won many first-place ribbons with his horses and was a serious competitor. JW loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed having them over to spend the night. In his later years, he worked alongside Larry Guthrie as the groundskeeper at Fairview #1 Cemetery in Double Springs.
