Kaden Goss Obituary

Kaden Allen Goss

February 18, 2003 - June 5, 2025

Fort Worth, Texas - With hearts full of sorrow and gratitude for the time we were blessed to have with him, we share that Kaden Allen Goss was called home to Jesus on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the age of 22. We cannot imagine a world without his bright light.

Service: 10:00 am, Thursday, June 12, 2025 at High Ridge Church, Fort Worth, Texas.

Interment: Annetta Cemetery, Annetta, Texas.

Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at High Ridge Church, 10100 Rolling Hills Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76126.

Kaden was born February 18, 2003, and from the very beginning, brought light, laughter, and love into the lives of all who knew him. A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Kaden graduated from All Saints' Episcopal School in 2022, where he was a standout student and athlete, excelling in multiple sports and leaving a lasting impression on his teachers, coaches, and peers.

Kaden loved deeply and genuinely. He loved God with his whole heart, and it was evident in the way he lived-with purpose, compassion, forgiveness and unwavering faith. He loved his family fiercely: he is survived by his parents, Joey and Kayemille Goss; his grandparents, Jake and Marla Moser; his sister and brother-in-law, Chelsea and Matthew Brown, and his brother and sister-in-law, Danton and Maranda Goss, and his nieces and nephews-Hudson, Myla, River, and Walker-who brought him immeasurable joy and who will grow up knowing just how deeply their Tío loved them.

Kaden had a brilliant mind. He was a double major in Business Finance and International Business at the University of Oklahoma, with a minor in Spanish and a certification in Wealth Management. He had big dreams that no doubt he would have achieved.

Beyond his academic achievements, what we'll all remember most is the essence of who Kaden was. He was brilliant -but also incredibly funny, witty, and quick with a joke or a perfectly timed comment that would leave everyone laughing. He was loyal, steadfast in his friendships, deeply devoted to those he loved. He was kind in a way that wasn't performative, but natural. He made people feel seen, valued, and accepted.

Kaden had a soul that was truly wonderful. It radiated joy. He brought light into every room. He made people feel loved and was deeply loved by all those who had the joy of knowing him.

Though we grieve today, we also rejoice in knowing that Kaden was greeted in heaven by his great-grandparents, and that he now rests in perfect peace and glory with our Lord Jesus Christ. While we ache from the absence of his earthly presence, we hold tightly to the eternal promise that we will see him again.

To know Kaden was to love him. This is not goodbye - just we'll see you again!

We celebrate a life beautifully lived. Kaden Allen Goss-son, brother, uncle, grandson, friend, and child of God-until we see you again, we are grateful to God for the 22 years we were given with you. You will always be loved, always be missed, and always be remembered.
