Kaiveon Le'Clay Faulkner, 19, passed away on September 29, 2025. Private services were held on Monday, October 13, 2025 at Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons Funeral Home.

On February 14, 2006, God blessed Dominique Faulkner and Deconko Pugh with a son, Kaiveon Le'Clay Faulkner. Affectionately known as "Pooh," Kaiveon was a vibrant and outspoken young man, known for his contagious smile and loving spirit.

Kaiveon was a proud member of the Boy Scouts of America, where he earned numerous badges and awards, showcasing his dedication, leadership, and adventurous nature. He accepted Christ at an early age and lived a life grounded in faith and family.

A graduate of Jeffersontown High School, Kaiveon worked diligently to rise to the position of manager at Papa John's. He took great pride in his work and leadership. In his free time, he enjoyed playing video games and spending time with loved ones.

On September 29, 2025, Kaiveon received his heavenly wings. He was preceded in death by his beloved great-grandfather and partner in crime, Archie Faulkner, as well as his great-grandmother, Marjorie Sea Graves.

Kaiveon leaves to cherish his memory of his loving mother Dominique Faulkner, father Deconko Pugh, brother John Carver, and sisters Day Faulkner and Deontanae Gatewood. He is also survived by his grandparents: Lisa Faulkner, Lee Shoulders, Diresse Fields, and Kevin Cornelius Sr.; great-grandmother Henrietta Shoulders; aunts Shilah Faulkner, Angelique Faulkner, and Lenia Fields; uncles La Chez Fields and Korry Cornelius; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who will miss him dearly.

Kaiveon's life, though brief, was full of joy, love, and light. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
