Karan Yukiko Jones

Karan Yukiko Jones passed from this life to a brand-new body on Monday, November 3, 2025 in Webster, Tx. She was surrounded by her husband, Glenn Courtney, and her baby sister, Yanalynn Ringo holding her hands, and praying for her.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Courtney, Daughters Kimberly Allerkamp (Simon), Mellani Hill, Granddaughters, Angelina Allerkamp and Annika Hill; Sisters, Tannamia (Tammy) Hall (Tim), and Yanalynn Ringo (Robert); Nephews, Billy James Saxon III, Ryan Taylor Saxon, Robert Taylor Ringo, and a host of great nephews and a niece.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Jesse Taylor and Shirley Ann Jones, Grandparents Roy Hurshall and Mable Emma Sherry, Great Grandparents John Jefferson Sr. and Harriet Ann Mangum, and a host of other dearly loved aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Yukiko graduated from Palacios High School in 1979, and attended and graduated college from Wharton County Junior College in 1981 with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Office Technology.
Yukiko was the "BIGGEST" Dallas Cowboys fan, a motorcycle enthusiast, loved her rescue horses and raising donkeys, and her stuffed lions. Her favorite animals were King and Jack the German Shepards.
Visitation is Friday, November 21, 2025, from 10-11:00am, with a Celebration of Life: 11am. Both services are being held at Carnes Funeral Home Chapel, 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, TX 77591. Interment will be at Rising Star Cemetery in La Marque, Texas.
