Karen Allegood Obituary
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Jimmy Voyles and Pastor Ricky McLaughlin officiating. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Braxton Acker, Clint Acker, Alan Allegood, Joey Dorsey, Curtis Allegood, and Blake Boutwell will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive family and friends in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 6 pm until 8 pm.
Born on July 23, 1968, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of William A. Boyd and Mary Evelyn Hamilton. Mrs. Allegood worked as a waitress and was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Allegood is survived by her loving husband, Dwayne Allegood; daughter, Lisa Marie Cone and husband Robert; grandchildren, Jessica Parsons and Victoria Parsons; brother, William Boyd, Jr. and wife Kathy; sister, Lisa Dorsey and husband Joey; niece and nephew, Michelle Willis, and Bobby Joe Dorsey and wife Jennifer.
Arrangements entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
