Karen is survived by her husband of 60 years Louis Robert Clark, daughter Kelli (Thomas) Beck, son Kaiser Clark, grand-children Bradley and Allison Beck and so many new friends/care takers at Presbyterian Homes Orchard Path in Apple Valley.
Karen was born Karen Mae Kaiser on February 12th, 1942 in Toledo, Ohio to Robert Fredrick and Kathryn (Klag) Kaiser. She was a big sister to Kandace Lynn Kaiser (1947-2025). Karen Mae (or has her father would say, Karen May not) was an energetic school athlete, a professional educator, author and international lecturer focusing on inner development. Karen more than compensated for her small stature with her tremendous personality. Whether she was pulling pranks on her loved ones, hitching a lift on a geriatric scooter, hiding in closets, bestowing inappropriate names to the neighborhood pets or transforming strangers into family, Karen included you into her heart and became a friend you'd never forget. Above her many accomplishments and legendary acts of hilarity and kindness, Karen was the personification of bright generous joy. She is deeply missed by those who crossed her path. Shine brightly Mom.
A memorial prayer service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Orchard Path, 5400 157th St. W., Apple Valley, MN 55124.
